It is always my favorite combination, doesn’t matter on a sandwich or on a pizza. I know it is quite common to see that in Italy. But in Canada, it is hard to find zucchini flower. Rareness becomes exotic. I could only hope to steal some zucchini flowers in my friend’s garden this year!

Zucchini flower, anchovy with mozzarella
It is always my favorite combination, doesn’t matter on a sandwich or on a pizza. I know it is quite common to see that in Italy. But in Canada, it is hard to find zucchini flower. Rareness becomes exotic. I could only hope to steal some zucchini flowers in my friend’s garden this year!
