Sicilian Swordfish

I went to a small seaside town called Cefalu (1 or 2 hrs by train from Palermo). Because it was slow season, there were not a lot of tourists. I had a chance to find a perfect seat in a traditional restaurant near the sea for lunch. The seat is located on a tiny balcony along the seashore. It was a beautiful sunny day with the calm sea.

I ordered traditional Sicilian style swordfish with baked potato. It was kebab style and the fish mixture was fried nice and crispy. Swordfish is not a very strong taste fish. The dish was nicely done and quite tasty but I won’t say it was extraordinary.
